With all sympathies ,legally age could not the ground of Divorce as per Hindu law .Regarding other charges as you mentioned that she was in relationship with other persons ,that could be one the ground of Divorce under The act ,regarding her suspicious behaviour and her ill treatment with you and your family that too forms ground of Divorce under cruelty .

On the basis of facts you shared, it appears that there is no solid ground for divorce. You have only suspicion but no proof. The age gap is not a valid ground for divorce. If still you want divorce you should consult a local lawyer with complete facts and proofs.

Sir, first of all I would like to tell you one thing that in case of divorce, you have to prove your case and ground if the petition for divorce is not filed in the form of a mutual consent petition and if you have instituted a case for divorce it would be your duty to prove your Case and if you have been able to prove your case, a decree of divorce shall be passed even though your wife is not willing to do so.
