Q: How to take custody of child and division of property

I am 42 year old earning 90k pm & my wife earns 70k, 03 year back we have taken Home loan of 40lacs for which i am paying the EMI to Bank. ( we both are co-applicant in loan & coholder in property 50% share each ) Now we heading toward Divorce, my wife is not willing to share EMI, we still living in same house & are not on taking term. What should i do In sale deed - Registry is done of Rs 32 lacs, against which i have taken the loan of 40 lacs, i have paid the initial amount to previous owner & paying the entire amount of emi since starting, property is in joint name ' no were in registry percentage of share is mentioned, but only in calculation of registry fees, percentage is mentioned as 50% each, for facilitation of calculation of amount as in delhi women has to pay 4% charges & men 6% my wife is also the co applicant in Housing loan, she is working earning monthly salary of 70 thousand I have one kid who is 14 year old Pls advice which would be best mode to adopt?

Hi, You are natural father of our child and you are entitled for custody of our child, if your spouse give consent for to do so, or otherwise you take custody through the court of law. As per detail given.

Q: Legal case where damage to walls because of construction by neighbour

Neighbour house is under construction and my walls are breaking they are underestimating. What can I do according to law.

In your case you need first of all meet to neighbors and take the issue and instruct for your worry /problem. If he ready to shot out than OK go ahead. In the other hand, if your neighbor not to do any things than you take add with COURT OF LAW. Court direct to the respondent for compensation. Thanks

Q: Can a female livein with another man when divorce is pending

Please let me know female can live in relationship with another person during dowry and diworce case filed by her in court or polilce?

During the course of Divorce no one is entitled to live in relationships with some other person, it is illegal and punishable by law. Law is very clear in this case, until and unless , court of law final order passed no one free from our legal responsibility. Thanks

Q: What to do if my in laws are forcing me to leave my matrimonial house

My husband is not staying with me at in-laws residence. I'm staying here since my marriage. Now in-laws are forcing me to vacate their house. What to do ??

you have a Legally privileged to reside there, if anyone forced for vacate the house, than you can take remedy from court of law. You are entitled remedy from Domestic violence Act, and also specifficaly remedy from Your husband as a maintenance
