What should I do..if my husband is in extra marital relationship with his friend's wife ?..I am suffering from last 9 years. Many chances has been given but no changes are found. Please help. Should I go for judicial seperation or for divorce?? Kindly guide

If u do not want to live with him u can file divorce petition straight away ,however if u wish to give him a second chance then file for judicial separation. However there is amendment done in Hindu marriage actcand another ground (irretriable breakdown of marriage )has been added u can go for divorce on that ground as well as mental and physical cruelty. .Contact me for further help.

Hello ma'am, It totally depends upon you, you have both the options available with you either to file for a divorce or to go for a judicial separation. I would suggest you to file for divorce (as you have already given him so many chances) and simultaneously for maintenance u/s 125 CrPC.

i think you should talk to your husband once. about the concerned matter so that you can get a clear view about the mindset of your husband. then do keep all the point in front of him. about how it mentally harasses you . and put you in pain. and do let him know that you can't further keep going,as it's tough for you to take this for life. so whether he want to go mutually over this or else he is ready to accept the divorce proceedings.
