What is the remedy of defence against false allegation of dowry

My wife and I have been married for 9 months now and she is putting false allegation of domestic violence and dowry on her mother in law. The allegation is false and I need to know what legal defence or remedy do I have to counter the allegation.

1-आप मीडिऐशन सेन्टर के माध्यम से केस को सुलझा लें।
2- आप संबंधित न्यायालय में उपस्थित होकर जमानत करा लें और मजबूती के साथ अपना केस लड़े।
3 - संबंधित हाई कोर्ट में धारा 482 के तहत याचिका दायर करें।

You need not worry as a case for dowry needs to be duly substantiated to attract any punishment against the Mother in Law. You can approach the High Court for quashing of FIR if the case is false.
