Agar pati apni patni ko savikar karne se inkar karta hai ya fir sidhe sidhe use ghar se nikalta hai and usko apne se alag karta hai to pati par bhartiya dandinya dhara 498 A and gharelo jhagde ki dhara ke adhin case darj hota hai.. agar patni chahe to voo apne gujare ke liye ya fir agar koi bacha hai to uska gujara bhata bhi court duwara mang sakti hai.. and agar patni chache to pati se divorce bhi le sakti hai

You are eligible to file for divorce as you have stayed away from him for last 2 years. As you have already sent him a legal notice, you can straightaway file for divorce in jurisdictional Court. You can make the move through any lawyer.
