If someone has proved that the divorce is because of adultery. Then the question is, the wife can claim for the lum sump alimony or not? Will she get any of husband's wealth apart from streedhan?

When she is leading adulterous life she is not entitled for any thing from her husband. The only condition is that you prove adultery beyond reasonable doubt. Adultry is one of the grounds for divorce though it is abolished under criminal law. Alimony or Maintainance depends upon the requirements of the party to live and also source of income of the husband to give it to wife and dependents like children and also wife's personal financial stability will be taken into consideration.
