After divorce, what happened to the Owned house in Joint Name (Wife & Husband). The property purchased by Husband from bank loan and cleared through his salary.

The Wife is entitled to equal share in the house in joint name of wife and husband
As per law, it is the pristine duty of the husband to provide shelter to the wife & Child
So, in accordance to law, mere payment of EMI does not entitle the husband to claim 100% ownership in a property jointly owned by the husband and wife.

The fact of both being join owners entitles the wife with several rights over the property. You have to send a legal notice demanding her to join you in registration for release deed. In all probability, she wont be inclined to give up her share based on this notice, you can file a suit for declaration.
