please file a police complaint and if they don't register FIR, approach a High Court Advocate and file writ petition. thereafter police will issue red corner notice basing on your complaint and whenever the accused lands in India. if you have the details of the accused furnish to the embassy and try to get him back for prosecution

Q: To change dob in 10 mark sheet
Sir in my Aadhar card my dob is 2/10/2001 and my actual dob is 2/10/2000 I want to change my dob. If I want to apply for anything my dob is not sufficient ,so I want to change my dobin 10 marks sheet.
Advocate Solomon Raju answered
Brother, my suggestion is that it is better that you change your date of birth in your Adhar Card. Better, because it saves your time from meeseva centers. if you want to change in SSC board, you have to make an application to SSC Board and ask them for correction of your date of birth. They will give a format and you have to comply with that. Then you have to pay requisite fee. Then they will ask you to submit your original SSC certificate. Please note it. If any queries call me.
