What are my rights to property and wealth in case of a divorce

I'm a housewife and I don't remember signing any prenup but on paper I'm also the company director which my husband runs. There's a 80k per month amount that is supposedly my salary but none of it ever gets credited to my account. I want to know what my rights to property and wealth are in such a case?

You have all the rights that a director has. You are also entitled for tour salary. In case you are the shareholder, than you have respective voting rights. Your rights cannot be curtailed merely because you are a housewife.
