Statutory period of one month has also expired from the date of confirmation ofnthe delivery. None on behalf of respondent/JD has appeared. Ld. Counsel fornpetitioner/DH requested for issuance of conditional warrant of arrest against thenrespondent/JD stating that despite having knowledge of the pendnecy of thenpresent execution petition, respondent/JD has not appeared.nHeard. In view of the submissions made, conditional warrant of arrest against the respondent/JD be now issued for 28.08.2023.

Hello Sir/Madam, As per the order the person against whom the warrants have been issued Is immediately required to make an application for cancellation of the warrants. Greetings for the day, In this situation which has been stated by you, the court has passed the orders for issuing arrest warrants against you and has adjourned the matter for 28.8.2023. The police can at anytime now come to arrest you. therefore in order to avoid arrest you must take bail from the court.

A warrant has already been issued against you which is returnable for 28/8/23 or earlier on your arrest (as the case may be). For this you would have to cause your appearance before court and have to explain the inability to appear for cancellation of warrant. feel free to ask me in this regard if you are having any query thanks
