Want to remarry post my mutual divorces.Requesting your clarification.

Hi, the judgement day of my mutual divorce case was on 9th July 2018 and I collected my certificate on 25th July. I understand that post the judgement day for three months I cannot remarry. Question is does the three months starts from the judgement day or the day on which I collected my certificate. Please suggest. Thank you, Sanjiv 7066587560.
