Want to mutual consent from my husband

Divorce petition pending since last 3 yrs but till now not solved my cases and date is forwarded day by day so please i want to mutual consent from my husband

Mutual consent divorce will be granted only when both of you agree for it. If you have filed for contested divorce, you may go ahead with the trial and if you prove the ground on which you are asking divorce, then court will grant divorce to you.

You can talk to your husband and if agreeable convert petition to mutual divorce petition. You can file application for expediting your hearing before Family court or in alternate move writ petition for expediting hearing

Well, if you want to seek Mutual Divorce, you have to convince your Hubby. If he won't become ready to Divorce you, then, Mutual Divorce is not at all possible and you have to keep fighting in Court to seek Unilateral Divorce.

You can get divorce within a short period if you go for mutual divorce. Your pending petition can be converted from contested to non contested divorce petition and you can go for mutual divorce. Kindly contact to go through the mutual divorce process.
