Q: Guidance about Legai heirs certificate.

Our mother is expired in Jan2021.She had left RS.one lac ten thousand in her savings bank account. We were six brothers . Elder brother is expired in 2020 .ie one year earlier of my mother.Now we are five brothers alive. Our father is already expired in 2005. I had registered a case for cheque bounce with all the relevant documents but my advocate is now saying that he has lost the legal notice that was sent to the accused after the cheque was bounced. Will the case dissolve due to loss of this evidence? What are the alternatives?

No the case will not dissolve you can very well continue with your 138 matter You can file a Secondary Evidence Application and can proceed with the matterthere will be no loss if evidence is not found as the accused might already have received the copy.
