Want To Marry Before Divorce Becoz Too Nuch Time Is Going Ahead

I have file divorce petition against my wife i want divorce but she is not attending court regularly what to do in this she demand maintainance also but court has rejected her application, but now i want to start my life by one side n case will b going on , can i do this ... Please suggest
'I want to start my life again', if u mean to marry again, then u cannot to so
U cannot marry again unless u get a Divorce Order and even after the Divorce Order is received u have to wait is your wife going for 'Appeal'.
If your Wife does not appeal the order of Divorce in the prescribed manner then u can marry again

Hello,
As you state she isnt appearing and the court has rejected her application for maintainance, she will have to appeal in order to try the application again. It is suggested you wait for some time so you are done with this legal hurdle. I also suggest you may go ahead in life and not worry about this! It shall eventually fade off!

In such situation really anyone at your place will get frustrated and step up on wrong path. By marrying dear you are inviting more complications and will invite criminal action for bigamy. you have take follow up and need to get ex-party order from court if she is not attending Petition. Once you get decree in next few months you can marry.
