Want to get divorce from my husband.


25-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I got married 4 years back. But we never stayed together. Now my feelings have changed, and I want to look forward. But he is saying I have to stay with him according to low if I don't want to also? Is there any way to get divorce with out staying with him?

There is no law exist in country which prevents you from staying on your own. If your husband doesn't want to give divorce then you file divorce case before the court. If he doesn't want to give divorce then he will contest.

Yes. you have a strong ground as neither you have not cohabit each other nor you have stayed a single day. But try to convince him for a mutual divorce otherwise the contested divorce take so much time. For further details you may contact your advocate. thanks

Dear Madam if you want divorce you can proceed according to law. If you dnt have desire to stay with him you can file mutual divorce also. Law doesn't tell anywhere that you have to stay together without your desire but there must be some proper grounds to file divorce. For further information you have to contact with advocate.
