As you mentioned that your divorce petition is pending in the court but now you want to live with your husband at his house but your husband does not want to let you into the houseIf you are divorced once then you will not be able to go to that house, it would be better if you press the note to the divorce petition and file a case to go to your husband's house under domestic violence

ap ye bataye sabse pahle ap job karte ha ya nahi or apki education kya hai ap apni husband ki property par claim kar sakte hai iske bhut sare tarike hai law hai ap sab chije pahle clearly bataye apne bare mai apko jarur unki property mai share milega

you can apply for residence order through court. Your husband can not evict you from the house after the order from the court. wife has residential rights in the property where she was living after the marriage or in house of in-laws or husband. contact further to get full assistance.
