Want the whole expenses amount which were paid by my parents during we

I want divorce from my husband because he is not earning. His family mentally harras me and ask for money. So my one and only question is can I get the whole amount of money which was paid by my family during marriage which was approximately 20 lakh. I have proof for that. And what was the procedure

You can file for a divorce petition and ask for a maintenance and settlement of all amounts, gifts including jewellery etc in a family court else in the district court in the absence of a family court in your district.
