Want Divorce from My Wife (Love marriage with registered in court)

i got married in Feb 2020 with Sikh rituals and also through court marriage without consent of my parents and my marriage is registered .My wife is 8 years elder than me,divorcee and she is my neighbor also, i live with my parents in govt accommodation,she live in her own govt accommodation as she is govt employee.we both live separately after the marriage as we did commitment that after retirement of my father we both live together as at that time we both r no longer neighbor. starting time everything is ok but from past 2 months she harassed me lot and threaten me that she commit suicide if i dont run according to her.she always abuse me and my parents and tortured me that if i dont live with her than she comit suicide or she can file case against me and my whole family.she abuse me and threatening also mentally harassing me continuously and call police 1 time.i want divorce how can i get? kindly suggest
First of all you have to give a complaint to Police that she is threatening you with suicide. And secondly you have to file a divorce petition before the Court on the ground of Mental harrassment and others. By this way you would be free from such relationship.
