Wanna divorce on basis of mental harassment

My husband abusing me almost daily with his word for small small things. We have 4yeara old daughter. Now I'm tired with his nonsense comments. Every time he use to say go to u r parents home alone and always say bad things about my parents. I don't want to loose my child. I can't leave without her. Please advice me how law will help me to get divorce and my child custody.
