Void & Anulment of marriage under Void marriage act

I was married on 1st jan 2018 at arya samaj mandir, delhi, though the marriage was not registered than again a ceremonial function took place at my hometown in April 2018 in my parents presence in jharkhand,however within few months i got to know the so called wife had a child of 4 years which i did not know and when asked she said it was from her live-in partner and thus hid the fact, I want to pursue this as void marriage and annulment of the marriage, how do i proceed?? also I came to know she had another husband whom she had file a case for running away from her around 2011, the court, P.S and other details are unknown, so how do I process, please help as i am stuck and she keeps on torturing me and my family and i have lost my job too in this course, she has physically assaulted me many times along with her family members and tried to file false case against me for Gang rape abatement and threatening to use 498 and other legal measures to blackmail me and my family and demanding 2

hello client things u have described her the case is very much sensitive as you said there is a previous case which is going on already in court . as per this fact you can get skip from this mess safely . your version is saying these people are asking money from ur family and your family life is in danger i think in this matter you must urgently take legal action.

hey sir, after reading your biography what I would suggest you is to file a divorce under cruelty along with the section of fraud and breach of trust. since you might be aware of the fact that woman can also be filed for domestic violence against their husband therefore your case looks stronger.

Dear client, yes you can well file a case of annulment of your marriage under Sec 5 of the Hindu Marriage Act. read with Sec 11 and 12. and in the same manner if the marriage becomes questionable under these sections other sections of IPC like 498A and Sec 22 of DV Act will become ineffective against you. Pl contact a good Advocate who deals with marriage disputes having a good experience.
