Very low maintenance is ordered

Hi. I have filed interim maintenance in February 2021 and interim maintenance was sanctioned in may 2022 . But the interim maintenance granted was only 5000 rs per month and my husband is earning handsome money around 2.5lakhs .what should I do ? Pls help

As you have mentioned that you had applied for interim maintenance in the case of section 125 against your husband, on which in May 2022, the court ordered maintenance of ₹ 5000 per month against your husband, whichYou told that your husband's income is Rs 2.5

on the above mentioned query please understand that what is interim maintenance means? interim maintenance means that the maintenance (initial amount) for pursue the case . rs. 5000/- is not the final amount, which you take from opposite party. please persue the case as early as possible. you have option/liberty for revision against the said interim order in the hon'ble high court

ap interim order ki certified copy le kar usse order ke against revision file Kar sakte hai agar ap unki income ko proof kar sakte hai evidence hai apke pas to ap revision file kare apko jarur relief milega
