Very confused about divorce various financial question s

I asked Google n ot said in monthly maintenance I will have to pay till my wife s full life n child till 18yrs...I m govt employee with salary 69k soon with 8th pay commission it will be 1 lak salary n wife is unemployed..so as per google is it literally I will pay monthly maintenance to wife or Bcaz we lived 6 months together n then 2 yrs separate so even 3 yrs or less marriage can lead me to whole life of wife??
Well, you are absolutely right, you will have to end up paying Maintenance to her, if you won't be able to prove, that, she deserted you illegally and wrongfully without any concrete reasons for the same.

your monthly maintenance to your wife partially depends on your expenses and income. further if your wife gets remarried then your monthly maintenance to your wife will Stop. furthermore in future if you found your wife working & earning for herself then the maintenance will stop or may be reduced.
