Validity of divorce send through email

Iam a Hindu,My marriage was solemnised in a Hindu temple in 2015,however it is not registered.i want to file for a divorce and also I have an issue( daughter-2year old).my husband might get physically abusive if I tell him i need a divorce.i want to leave the house and inform him and send him the divorce through mail.my parents are unaware that m going to leave my matrimonial house without intimating anybody.however they know about his behaviour.please advice
First of all the divorce by mail or any other mode is not a valid divorce. Secondly if you are a hindu you cannot do the divorce by mail, you need to file the divorce case and have to obtain the divorce decree from court. Take appointment and meet me for the remedies available.
