Validity of divorce if alimony installment pending

I am Rajni. I am divorce. I am going to be married to a person who is divorce But he is saying that he has taken divorce but the last installment left to pay to a wife beside it he is also saying that his case is going on a higt court. Can u suggest me boys divorce is valid 2) why is case is going on high court
May be his wife has filed an appeal before hogh court for not paying alimony and to set aside the decree of divorce. His divorce is not complete without paying full amount of alimony and it can be challanged at any stage within one year of decree

Hello dear. What I can understand from your query that there is something on which your fiance or boyfriend is not clear to you. He is hiding something from you, or you are not able to explain the same. If divorce has been decreed, then alimony doesn't matter.

Better you check the details of the case pending against him. In 498a cases the F. I. R. is quashed by high court after all the installment of alimony paid. In this case if decree of divorce has been granted, the divorce is legal, but if FIR is not quashed or alimony not paid it may be wrong to that person

As per Indian matrimonial laws every man and women have equal right to get the divorce as per their convenient. As facts you mentioned here, if he has already settled his issues and got one motion of divorce as per mutual consent divorce. So there is second motion is remaing and when he pays that money I will get the divorce.

It seems against divorce decree his wife has filed appeal in high court which is still pending. Till the appeal is not dismissed and same is not challenged in Supreme court or confirmed by supreme court his divorce is not confirmed and under appeal/challenge.
