U turn in the second hearing after filing mutual divorce


30-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I and my husband filed for mutual divorce nd first motion was done on 3nm Nov 2018 after that we filed for second hearing and sidned the petition bt the hearing is not done yet.... Now cn I change my statement 3...i dnt want divorce now I just need the last chance to save this marriage. Can I withdraw my divorce before the judge?

Yes. You can withdraw consent before court takes cognizance of second motion. But you need to handle things immediately and very tactfully. You should take services of a good advocate. Please feel free to discuss alongwith all the papers.

hello prerna ji as ur saying tht tou want to save ur marriage an du wish to have last chance to save ur marriage instead of divirce in this case you need to be very carefull otherwise you may have to face contempt of court .you can get a chance to save ur marraied life and withdrae ur consent. but with the help of a very sharo advocate and even ur all rights has to ve saved.

Yes. You may file an application before the judge and stay away from the proceedings or else make a submission before the court that toh want to save thus marriage so you will not consent for divorce.
