Traveling abroad in 498a case without updating court

HI , my ex-wife file 498a on me 3 years back and i got bail easy as it was a fake case. i have to go Dubai for some personal work for a month. But don't want to update in court as its a long process. what legal action she can take if she got to know...?

Travelling abroad is not a crime. However, since you are bail you must read your bail order and ensure to fulfill all the conditions of your bail. Do consider that unforeseen circumstances may arise that may require extended stay abroad. The importance of maintaining a good legal conduct cannot be overemphasized. Trial Courts are often generous in granting liberty as long as progress of Trial is not hampered.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you have got bail was it a conditional bail that has to be seen first if yes you have done wrong if you have conveyed to your council he can file the adjournment application to show your bona fide and take a date as per your request but you have to seek apologies for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
