as you told in your problem that your husband the in law are torturing you and want to get rid of you without divorce then I want to tell you that there is no such provision in the law which allow divorce without divorce while the first wife is alive can't to the second marriage you can sue your husband under section 498a ipc Or 3/4 dowry act and 125 crpc 406etc

You need to file an application under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act 2005. This does not mean divorce but you will get 1. Protection 2. Some maintenance 3. Cohabitation with your husband I need to know what exactly is it that you want. - To live in your marital home with protection? - A divorce? - Separation?
