if you suffering from domestic violence on daily basis and you want to take legal action against your husband then you have some option 1. File domestic violence case against him 2.file maintenance case against him 3. file the case under section 498A of indian penal code against your husband

As you mentioned that domestic violence is being done continuously by your husband and your husband abuses you everyday and beats you after drinking alcohol andIn such a situation, you can get divorce by using all these things against your husband and by filing a case of domestic violence against him, get him punished and also get maintenance from him.

ap ye bataye apki shaadi ko kitne years ho gaye hai children hai apke ya nahi ap 498 dowry n 354 mai f.i.r registered karaye agar apki shaadi ko 7 years se jyada nahi hue h saath hi ap domestic violence ki complaint bhi file kare uske saath hi ap divorce petition file kar apna expensive bhi file kre

Hello... You can even file maintenance if not giving/filed divorce... You can go to your district court and ask any lawyer for filing maintenance case on behalf of you... and also if you have any child then also on behalf of that child... And lodge an F.I.R. in your local police station for violence.... Thank You...
