My sister got marry in February 2020. After marriage we got to know that her husband was already divorced but he and his family didn't disclose before. Even they lie for job also. Before marriage he said he is major in defense but after marriage we came to know that he does nothing. Please tell me to whom we should go?
yes you can file for dissolve the marriage under section 12 sub section 2 a 1 , 2 .. and petition can be filed before completing of one year of marriage under above said sections. you can file the petition on the ground of fraud

you can file a case for annulment of marriage under section 11 of Hindu Marriage Act you have very good chances to succeed your ur case. You can file case either in your home district or District where Husband of your sister resides
