Time and formalities taken for mutual divorce

If I, and my wife of 5 years, want to file for mutual divorce, how much time will it take? We are both IT professionals, and have a son of 3 years old. Rrqon is incompatibility, and different career aspiration, which will lead to us living in different countries. What are the complications I can face? Thanks.
on the above mentioned query, the desertion period for divorce is 2 years. if the spouse are agree for mutual consent divorce then there is no specific period of desertion. after filling and admission of the case ,the next hearing is fixed after 6 months and if the court satisfies then passed the order for divorce decree.
