While drafting mutual consent divorce terms, both spouses must agree on child custody and visitation rights, education/medical responsibilities, maintenance/alimony (if any), and division of property/assets. Since both are working and have school-going kids, the agreement should prioritize the welfare of the children, ensuring emotional and financial stability. A well-drafted petition helps avoid future disputes and ensures court approval. I can help you prepare a clear, legally sound agreement—please consult me for detailed assistance.
