Q: Infant custody by father in case of wife denying to come back to husba

If wife is not ready to come back to husband after 6 months of delivery, can husband file for child custody?

Husband can file child custody but the child ie infant will be with mother but the father of the child can get full visiting rights to see the childRest depends on the parents ie wife and husband mental and physical ability to take of the childThen the court will decide in some optional cases

Q: want to file a mutual consent divorce from my wife

As there are many opinion, understanding & other issues b/w my wife & me, we decided to file a mutual consent divorce. 14yrs or marriage with a boy of 12yrs. my wife is engineer but presently not working. how long will it take to get divorce? how many hearings? can i get child custody? what document are required? lawyer fee details & alimony related info.

For mutual divorce only two hearings will be held . From how many years u got separated or staying away from each other should be known to advocate. Regarding child custody u have more chances to get child custody ad ur wife not working .documents required is Aadhaar card marriage certificate if any , marriage wedding photo, card and passport photo of both of u.

Q: I want to file a case for divorce

Sir I'm Mounika, who got intercaste marriage (love and arranged)on 24/11/2017, to a Godavarikhani resident who was working as a physiotherapist in yerragadda hyderabad, after 6 months of marriage left his job since then im working for private hospitals as a staff nurse till date, he used to leave me alone at home and went for prayer meetings and not used to come for days,on 29/10/2024 left me from then im staying lone and managing my own expenses, I don't want to be in this toxic relationship .

Q: Property dispute and partition deed

during property division between 6 sons and 4 daughters, sons have taken signatures on empty bond papers while giving some amount and gold in lieu of the said property in family deed. Later 6 sons have identified more property in the name of deceased father and without informing the daughters they have acquired it. When daughters demanded the fair share in the extra property, sons are denying it. Please let us know the legal proceeding to this extent

Even daughter need to fight for there share in court First of all they need to file suit then when court takes the property then all sons will commeramize automatically If u want more information u can ctc directly

Q: Mental harrasment from parents and family

Actually on 29 th oct someone tried to enter our house by opening our house gate my mom's behaviour was good with me before the incident and also on 29 and 30th but since 31st her behaviour completely changed and she is blaming me and my current boyfriend that we have planned this all and she is mentally harassing me and him even without my notice she is calling msging him and harrassing him i don't understand anything even if it's not our fault she is blaming us
