Q: amount of 4.5 lakhs not giving back since 8 months

Q: My friend took loan of 1 lakh rupees from me before 3 years ago.

Hi There,I am planning to get divorce from my husband. We are married for 15 years now. Since the date i got married, I have given all my salary to my husband and his family. My husband is claiming that he doesn't have money. All the properties that we bought till now are under his name. I have evidence of my bank transactions for the last 15 years. What is the amount that I can get back legally from him? I was thinking of 75% of money that I earned with bank interest. is it possible?

Q: Respondent is not coming intentional evasion from start

I recently consulted a lawyer to a file contested divorce 13 I a cruelty however lawyer noted that you filed dvc and maintenance still from 1 year it is in summons stage no moment nor update lawyer is not filing memo so better you get noc from Will soon make it exparte and try to make it mutual and then file mutual divorce it happens soon and you get it. However I don't know whether my current lawyer gives noc or not what to say if she refuse what to do kindly guide me which strategy works

first send a written notice or letter requesting to handover the file to you along with NOC, send it by registered or speed post and keep the acknowledgement with you , if the advocate denies with that proof, file an Memo to the judges for non compliance with NOC and ask for appointing of new advocate...by filing new vakalathnama ...best regards,
