whenever somebody files are complaint against you it is the job to prove it you don't have to worry about proving yourself you can also file cases if you wish to but however to prove that you are innocent you don't have to file cases

I am muslim after my 10th class school completed I started work in a shop for several years, 2007 went to abroad till 2021 nov, and i all my earnings supported to my family as mother father said i did , 2022 got married they started hate me all my sister's brothers we r 3 brothers and 3 sisters elder brother me, elder sister married by support of my earnings others not married yet, now they lying to me that I didn't support them all so leave from home and they don't like to give me even my share

you can claim all the amount which have spent during your work time for your family and also all the property as per Muslim low. you should prove that you have spent the money for their development while working in foreign country and the same time I am assuming that the money were transferred to them online so you already have the proof with you

Q: Exparte divorce husband treacherous plot

husband wants to take exparte divorce treacherously without the knowledge of wife by doing some mean ways, sending notice to other address and received by some others but producing in the court as wife received. Then wife doesn't attend court and grants exparte divorce to husband. What can a wife do to avoid this husband treacherous plan before it is executed. Is Sending a registered letter to family r district r High court judge will solve the issue so that judge won't sanction divorce.

Iam muslim married woman 35 years after my husband demands divorce he wrote papers between people that he will give alimony of 10 lakhs and till then 10000 maintance monthly and we have joint apartment where he took cash from my hand and kept bank emi loan where he promised to transfer whole ownership but now he failed everything and stopped emi also now bank people want to handover so I wish to file case and I need advice according to muslim law

myself mohammed age 25 ,i was in a realtionship for 3 years,after breakingup my partner has put false accusations on me infront of she team,now im at risk,if she puts those accusations again i want adivice regarding my future plan if she puts falls accusation again.
