Summon not received knowingly issued by Gurugram court and also given money to document false things in reply of Summon delivery.

Hello, If you haven’t received the summons then you can wait until next date of hearing. I can provide you with proper guidance if you can provide exact details about the matter because if someone is deliberately not letting you receive the summons that its manipulation to court

sir what is your query cannot be understood without knowing it that what you are really stating it. first of all tell the complete incidents that has taken place then only it can be answered through legally process

In this case you should apply for substituted service of summons through the same court either through Email or WhatsApp along with publication in newspaper which we deemed a proper service of summons. If they don't appear you can claim ex parte decree
