suggestion for filling divorce with wife

Hi ,
I am filing divorce with my wife on 3 grounds
1- no physical relation even after 13 months of marriage
2- no marriage certificate
3- no understanding / no cooperation
I am worried if she will file DV of 498A case against me ....or she can file a dowry case as well.....also suggest me what to do if she claims for AILYMONY from my family ?
terms and conditions .....
1- my wife earns more than me/ has better job / financillay sound
2- my father has died 6 months back only and we have lost close to 20 lacks of rupees in his treatment for heart.
You have put on a very interesting proposition. Yes, she can claim alimony from you on behalf of incorrect and insufficient evidence in her affidavit for example 'she does not earn/earns less than you'.

dear client don't be afraid off false dowery case as things have changed a lot in favour of husband and his relatives. secondly your wife is not entitled for maitainance. finally call me to discuss why there's no relationship during last thirteen months before u go for divorce.
