I have signed the second petition for mutual divorce but it has not been filed by the lawyer yet so please tell me steps to withdraw my petition before the court.
If it hasnot filed yet then ask your lawyer not to present it before court, and if it has been presented to court, tell the court on date of hearing that you do not want divorce anymore.
