Special grounds for Divorce on mutual consent

What are the special grounds to get divorce on mutual consent earlier. i.e with in a peroid of one year from date of marriage.
You may apply for divorce by mutual consent on following three grounds as per law.
Both the parties to the marriage have been living separately for a period of one year or more.
They have not been able to live together.
They have now mutually agreed for the dissolution of the marriage.
