Sir my wife is living in her moms house for 6 months

Sir my wife is living with her mom for 6 months and she is telling that she will not come to me and she is saying to sign the agreement and telling lies that she will put case on me and my family sir I have all recording of her what she said sir can I apply for the divorce
first file the restitution of conjugal rights and pray before court to direct her to come and live with you , if you want to live with her or looking for divorce file the divorce case under a suitable grounds with an advise of your counsel, recording things all evidences in support of your case not at this stage.
