She does not want to.live woth my parents. She seperated from me also since 1.5 year. She live in a rent apparent now alone not even with her parents

okay I understand your questions so now your wife is not living with you she staying saparate place right you are not mentioned about children so what you want legsly like you want wife you can file a RCR case Or you don't want her you can file a Divorce it is your opinion if you want wife you can aproch the court and get decreee living jointly.

1. if you want to stay with her then file a restitution case against her 2. you can file complaint against your wife and request them to live together under same roof 3. you can file the divorce case if you want to get seperated and bring end to the marriage relationship
