Sexual assault by husband and domestic violence

Hi. My marriage was on 5th March 2017.my family forced me for marriage bt I m not ready for this bcoz I am in relationship for past 2.5 yrs...bt I forget all my past when I got married bt a man forced me for sex & I agree.actually they raped me. Aftr a weeks in I am suffering from uterus pain...I told to my husband bt they don't listen ..In 3rd week I a m suffering from a high pain then we go to consult Dr. She told me it's vry critical now & specially Dr advice my husband don't contact for 10 days minimum. ..bt aftr 3 - 4 days he forced me & then he slapped me & legs on my abdomen ...I told my family about all that bt my mom said now it's your family & home... dn I silent. Aftr few days we again visit the Dr now infection & sweeling both are too much...now I can't control urine...at the end I think vry strongly to leave home permanently. .Plz advise me what can I do..? My family is not with me.

Tell your parents about it before its too late. Stay at your parental house for some time. If things are really out of control then move a complaint against them in police station. Ask for my contact if need anymore advice.

It's a case of sexual harrasment . You should imidiately approach to an illaqa majistrate through an advocate and also file complaint in the local police station against the person who are sexuallly abusing you. Court and police will take immediate action.

You wrote all about what happened with you.if you were not ready for marriage then you had right to refuse for this any way you can file criminal complaint against him if he caused any domestic violence on you

Well legally you can not get divorced before one year. But if you claim marriage on basis of cheating you may apply for divorce. But if your parents on not supporting then it would be not possible to get divorce on basis of cheating
