Seeking divorce on the ground of cruelity,financial fraud & wrong alle

I have been mentally tortured by my husband and his family. And bcz of my husband I am under a huge debt which I have taken on his behalf now he doesn't want to pay them. They have put finger on my character only bcz I went to meet one of my friend (female) and stayed at her home for one night. Due to repetitive mental torture I decided to leave my matrimonial home, my parents came to take me from there now my husband is saying that I ran away from his home. They don't know whether I left his home or not bcz neither me nor my parents taken permission from them.
I would advise you to file a complaint under the domestic violence act and seek monthly maintenance, return of streedhan, compensation etc. simultaneously You may file a 125 maintenance petition and caw complaint.
