Seeking divorce from my wife in islam

It's been 5 years to my marriage I have 2 male children's there was a problem of mutual understanding between both of us and her mothers interference in our personal life and they also hide a legal case on her as a victim of posco act and even cheating on me after marriage twice and aggressively and threatening me and my family of filing a false dowry case and often calling my mom and torturing her mentally at time when it's just 15days since my father passed away please help iamreally depressed

you can take anticipatery bail from. court if you have a dout to in future she filed a dowry case so and you can file divirce case also you can file if you are not interested your wife arrogent behavior. so you have a file a case againest defamation case also so you have a chance

by following the procedure of Muslim law you can issue notice and then file a case for declaration of talak , talak e hasan or any valid mode of talak, as triple talak is declared invalid , but there are other valid modes of talak which are recognised by court of law, if she filed false cases get anticipatory bail and fight it out instead of getting depressed.

by what you have narrated it appears right now there are no cases between you pending in any Court. but you have not stated with that you are leaving together are UC away from you with your children . also clarify the meaning of her cheating on you.

Dear Sir, If you are interested to continue the marriage then file application under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act for Restitution of Conjugal Rights and also Child Custody case then if any case is registered against you and your family members then you can get anticipatory bail easily.
