Dear client, I have seen your query carefully and found that you have filed a petition which is faulty and now you want to widrsw the same. in this regard it is to inform you that you can file an application for widrawal of petition with the permission to file fresh petition and in this application you have to mention that in petition there are several technical and factual defects which is very much necessary to remove.
