If your husband’s or wife’s behaviour is intolerable towards you then you can always file a section 9 application before the court. That will be call notice to your partner as to why he/she has left you. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

File ur case in the court under section 9 and then court will issue summons and other party will Come and reply and then u can Argue mediate and settle the case in which ever way the parties agree and incase that doesn’t happen the court can pass decree following due process of law

Please clarify. What I gather is you filed a S-9 Petition for Restitution of conjugal rights. If the other party don't file a reply then your case will proceed ex-parte. If you have received a summon and someone has filed a S -9. Then you may choose to file a reply. This petition is often used by a party to build their defence and safeguard them in response to a Complaint filed against the person. The Laws cannot enforce restitution, it has to be consensual.
