What is the difference between section 22 23 24 and 125 of dv act . 125 is for maintainance which common known but how can I file other sections like legal expenses and compensation cab be filled after case order passed or during the proceeding ?

hello, firstly you tell me if you are filing maintenance or not? if u are filing maintenance then any interim maintenance order pass or not, if passed then u received the order amount, and if you are not getting the order amount, then u can file MEX for immediate relief, simultaneously u can file Dv for compensation amount, for further discussion kindly contact me i will guide you properly
