School is not issuing TC for my child

Myself and my ex husband got divorced through mutual consent on Feb 2025. We decided to have shared custody of our kid (weekdays with me and alternative weekends with him). Now when I want to change school of my kid to the place nearby my residence. But my ex husband written to school to not provide TC for unknown reason. Due to this letter, school is refusing to issue TC stating it needs both parents consent.
How can I get TC from school now?
Your divorce being through mutual consent, what kind of arrangements you two have made with regard to your kid's education and schooling? If there is any such arrangement, you need to follow the same, otherwise you both need to come to a consensus without further litigation.
