Rights of daughter of divorced women

If divorced is done by mutual concent using only 13b in that if it is that father is liable to pay some amount to daughter till daughters age 18. in such cases if during this period if father refuses to give the said monthly money to daughter Then can we file any legal complaint against the father.

Yes if divorce took place between husband and wife by mutual consent and if it is not specifically mentioned that this alimony is for both then in such case daughter can claim maintenance from father in future for her education.

yes the daughter may file application against her father under section 125 of criminal procedure code through her guardian and pray for maintenance amount. if father fails to pay even after this application then court may jail the father.

daughter can seek the remedy as per sec. 125 of crpc for maintenance if the mother is unable to maintain her being a minor. plus the mother too can seek maintenance if unable to maintain herself even after the divorce.
