you can file a complaint with the police for adultry against your husband and you may also approach the mahila thana for complaint under the domestic violence act and file a case thereof for maintenance of you and your child

You can file a criminal complaint against him under section 497 of IPC. But you need to have a solid proof as the burden to prove falls on you. You can even file for divorce on this ground and maintenance would be provided to you and your daughter. If you need any help in pursuing this,please contact me or any other lawyer to guide you. A cheating husband is liable to be prosecuted for adultery , and after a recent Supreme Court judgement , the offence has become gender neutral.
Other available remedy is in form of Divorce, Judicial Seperation. Though it is hard to prove an offence of cheating spouse by direct evidence but circumstantial evidence finally nails the offender in the nature of corroboration.

I have read Ur query as Ur saying that you your husband is playing a fraud against you. Due to the reason tht he likes his nephew wife although she is 26yrs younger to him and he wants to marry her also in these conditions you can file the criminal case against him and you made him teach a lesson .
