Meri shadi 1 saal pehle teez hazari ke pas wale arya samaj mandir me hui thi or waha se mujhe 1 certificate mila jispe mere or mere husband or vitnesses ke sign he. Lekin ab mera husband or uski family mujhe accept nahi kar rahe, or mujhe bol rahe he ki arya samaj ki shadi valid nahi hoti. Arya samaj mandir ki shadi value nahi rakhti. Please mujhe bataye ki kya meri shadi valid he ya nahi? Mere pas photographs bhi he shadi ki.

Yes,it is valid. Aapko agar marriage certificate issue ho rakha hai toh iska matlab valid hai,koi problem ki baat nahin hai. Agar fir bhi problem create karte hai toh contact me and main help kar dunga

I do not have surname in any of my documents including my educational documents. I was thinking of applying to foreign universities and read that it will cause a great difficulty living there. I have a gazette notification of me changing name so using that I can update my aadhar car and passport. Can I add my surname in my CBSE documents? I had done my 12th in 2015.

I passed my 10th from CBSE board and 12th from UP board. Whenever I ask my parents something that they don't approve of, my father threatens me that he will file a complaint against me stating that my 12th is done from UP board and that I cheated in exams(Which is not true, but it scares me because being from an English medium school till 10th, it was really hard for me to cope up with Hindi medium 11th and 12th studies. I don't want to get into all that trouble again, so I'm scared if he complaints and I get called for any interviews of 11and 12th class, I won't be able to perform that good.) He has threatened me n number of times till this date. And he does it to show me that my MBBS degree is nothing compared to his sources and that if I don't listen to him, he will ruin my career. I want to know whether a 12th marksheet (passed in 2013) can be cancelled on the basis of my own parent's complaint that I had a book with me in the exam. Hall during the exams, 5 years ago?

Don’t worry,he can’t take any action against you because he can’t prove that you cheated in the exams. According to the law,everyone is innocent until and unless proven guilty. 12th marksheet can not be challenged on this silly ground without any solid evidence.
