Q: Can family members raise objection on court marriage of adults ?

I am planning to do court marriage. Gal is above 18 and boy is above 21. After applying for court marriage, will notice goes to address of both? if yes, can anyone raise objection with reason that they don't want this marriage. Both belongs to Hindu religion, how to do court marriage without informing parents ?

Sir,objection clause is merely there so that anyone whether it’s a family member or someone else who has a valid objection like under age or bigamy. Legally no one can stop you from getting married if you fulfill all the criteria mentioned

Meri shadi 1 saal pehle teez hazari ke pas wale arya samaj mandir me hui thi or waha se mujhe 1 certificate mila jispe mere or mere husband or vitnesses ke sign he. Lekin ab mera husband or uski family mujhe accept nahi kar rahe, or mujhe bol rahe he ki arya samaj ki shadi valid nahi hoti. Arya samaj mandir ki shadi value nahi rakhti. Please mujhe bataye ki kya meri shadi valid he ya nahi? Mere pas photographs bhi he shadi ki.

Yes,it is valid. Aapko agar marriage certificate issue ho rakha hai toh iska matlab valid hai,koi problem ki baat nahin hai. Agar fir bhi problem create karte hai toh contact me and main help kar dunga

I do not have surname in any of my documents including my educational documents. I was thinking of applying to foreign universities and read that it will cause a great difficulty living there. I have a gazette notification of me changing name so using that I can update my aadhar car and passport. Can I add my surname in my CBSE documents? I had done my 12th in 2015.
